These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Pure Hits Digital website and streaming services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using our services, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes; not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission; not use automated tools to access our services or collect data; and not attempt to circumvent any security features.
All content delivered via Pure Hits Digital streams is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not record, capture, reproduce or redistribute any audio content from our streams.
Our free public streams are provided “as is”. They are ad-supported with a maximum of five brief breaks per day. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any free stream at any time. Free streams are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Tailored services are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. No minimum contract period applies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Resale or redistribution of tailored streams to third parties is not permitted without written consent.
All Pure Hits Digital streams are licensed for broadcast through appropriate music licensing bodies. Listeners and business subscribers should be aware that playing music publicly in certain commercial settings may require a separate public performance licence from the relevant licensing authority in their region.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pure Hits Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
